Croydon’s longest running youth arts charity is offering an array of volunteering opportunities to help us deliver our mission to enrich our members’ lives and the diverse communities from which they come, offering new experiences, employability skills, and support networks.
You can Play Your Part in a variety of ways: Front of House & bar help, assisting in workshops & chaperoning, renovating our building & building sets for shows or long-term strategic thinking to support our future operations. HELP CHANGE THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN CROYDON
We're always looking for volunteers who are passionate about supporting young people, local theatre and community organisations and who can help out at CYTO.
From administration and fundraising, to helping out with front of house during performances, we have a number of opportunities for people to get involved in. So if you need work experience, can spare the time and would like to help an amazing organisation for young people, we'd love to hear from you!

CYTO is ALWAYS looking to recruit new management committee members to take the organisation forward. We are particularly looking for people who have an interest in the communities of Croydon and south east London with experience or expertise in the following:

- Youth theatre
- Arts fundraising
- Strategic management and planning
- Financial management
- Digital strategies
- Marketing and PR
