Summer Project Details

CYTO has launched a Covid-secure summer project as we move to a hybrid model in line with government guidelines in the face of the Coronavirus crisis. Our priority is to ensure that our members can learn and have as much fun as possible in a safe environment.

Auditions for Joseph will take place in 90 minute slots from 9am on Friday 7th August 2020. 9-10:30, 11-12:30, 13:30-15:00, 15:30-17.00 (17.30-19.00 if needed). Those interested in taking part can request or be given a time slot. 

Rehearsals will begin on Monday 10th August at 9am-3pm. These rehearsals will take place every week day from 10th-21st August. 

Performances will take place on 20th & 21st August.

The cost of the project is £40. A sibling discount is available for families. In addition, our ethos at CYTO means that nobody should miss out. We recognise that the Coronavirus crisis has left many families in hardship. If you would like to apply for a subsidy or full scholarship, please click here.

In accordance with government guidelines, CYTO's premises will be cleaned on a daily basis, our rehearsals will take place at a safe social distance and performances will be outdoors in our South Norwood premises. All members will frequently be reminded of the guidelines and to practice good hand hygiene. Our priority is your safety. We hope you can appreciate this is an evolving situation and CYTO's decision making is in response to continuing conversations with Croydon Council.

At the moment singing won't be the core of this production but we will be stretching our creativity to the limit to create an immense spectacle as CYTO returns after lockdown.
