How you can help

"We’re giving it the same money as before" say the Council. Since July 2011 however, the tutors, the youth worker, the admin and support have been withdrawn. This is everything that means that CYTO is a Youth Theatre – not just a building – and everything that enables CYTO to present productions and earn the rest of the money to pay the bills that the Council’s money doesn’t cover. With your help this won’t be the end (after 46 years and thousands of young people helped) of CYTO.

Give Us a Little (or a lot) of your Time

CYTO urgently needs people who can give us an hour or two of their time: we need help with: 

  • publicising the next production
  • putting together mailing lists
  • selling interval refreshments
  • photographing/filming rehearsals
  • finding raffle prizes
  • finding sponsors for the show programme
  • making cakes for the interval cake stall
  • helping our Treasurer
  • updating the look of our website
  • weeding
